About Kirsty:
1. I am over half way in age to 70!
2. I find that just a little freaky.
3. I am 'wife extraordinaire' to Big J and 'Mum' to little j
4. I love being both....even though I had to wait a long time to get those titles:)
5. Travelled round OZ last year and had a ball.....all 46 000 kms of the trip were wonderful!
6. I have an awesome family - Dad, Mum, 2 sisters, 1 brother, 2 brothers in law, 1 sister in law and 7 nieces and nephews....on my side.
7. I work part-time teaching high school Art, Biblical Studies and Drama at Trinity College.
8. I've also been Trinity's jnr PE teacher, library teacher aide and 'super-sub'.
9. I like playing my piano...but don't seem to find the time to do much of that since little j came along.
10. I sponsor 2 little kids thru Compassion - 1 in Rwanda and 1 in Colombia.
11. A highlight of my life was meeting my sponsor child in Rwanda....special memories.
12. I have travelled to countries in Nth Am, Asia, Africa, Europe, UK.
13. Faves have to be...Switzerland, Uganda, Scotland, Canada.
14. But I think Australia is best of all.
15. I am currently reading thru the Bible in a year again and this time, I am struggling.
16. Patience is a fruit I need more of.
17. All 9 fruits of the Spirit are such wonderful things and just think....God is all of them, all of the time - perfectly:)
18. I am excited to be blogging...and looking at a land purchase out of town...and planning Christmas present lists...and...
19. I am not a huge fan of TV, except for sports shows and Home and Away.
20. I am a liar....i HATE Home and Away!
21. Right now I am procrastinating....I should be unpacking the dishwasher instead of writing this list.
22. I like reading Janette Oke books and The Yada Yada Prayer Group series was fun, but right now I'm boning up on my Amish through Beverly Lewis's books.
23. Love to write my own book one day.
24. I don't like the heat of summer but I do love the mangoes.
25. I think 25 is a nice round number on which to stop boring you with trivial details about me.
